Who Are We

Clare Snowdon MSc is a mindfulness teacher and Nature connection guide. She is co-author of Mindfulness for Challenging Times, Mindfulness for Transformation and author of The Mindful Nature Connection Journal series. She is a physicist, spiritual ecologist and wildlife gardener. She is also founder of Nature-Connected Neighbourhoods CIC.
